When clinically appropriate, your new-patient assessment may include a panoramic OPG X-ray using our new-generation Vatech Smart Plus system. Low-dose digital imaging protocols capture a broad view of the teeth and jaws, helping your dentist assess bone levels, developing or impacted wisdom teeth and areas that may need closer investigation.
Your dentist may also create a detailed digital model of your teeth and bite with our new SHINING 3D intraoral scanner. It helps us examine visible tooth wear, tooth surfaces, gum contours and bite relationships, then show and explain the findings clearly on screen. Together with a careful clinical examination and any other indicated tests, this supports precise, visual and comprehensive treatment planning.
